Named for the word, Kama'aina (Hawaiian) which translates to "child of the land," and Kāmadeva (Sanskrit), the Hindu god of human love, Kama’s passion for travel and beauty gave her direction, but her inherent, deep-rooted connection with her family’s home in the jungle on Maui, Hawai’i is what gave her inspiration.
